Dear Barb and family,
Please accept my sincere sympathy on the passing of your beloved husband and father. Frank was one of the good guys. He lit up every room he entered and always had a big hello for everyone . For me …….it was a great hug and ” Hey Toots !! ” Thank God he is no longer in pain and finally at peace. xoxo

So sorry for your loss my condolences to the family
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Frankie. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Barbara and your family. May he rest in peace in the arms of Our Lord , forever.
To the Fratto family,
So sorry for your loss. Your dad was always so nice to me. Just a wonderful person. May God Bless you all during this difficult time.
Rest in Peace my life long Friend, Frankie Fratto, of more than 47 years. You may have had 18 years before me, but that only added to our friendship. From those days on 8th & Winton when I was just about 7, you always gave me great advice on how to be a good kid, and on how to just have fun—and how to make sure the girls up the street got home safe. Best of all, you showed many of us how to lift a hockey puck from the street (without hitting a car parked to the side or Jimmy Megali while he was sunbathing on the other sidewalk). 😉 You even made sure that we never knocked over Eddie Hugs’s motorcycle. 😉 And if it were not for you and Tony Crow being true Mummers, I may never have joined in. .As years passed, you taught many of us how to enjoy life as adults. Gentlemanly drinks 🥤 🍺 🍹 in the Bar “while making the rounds,” constant laughs along the way, and always coupled with great music of the past and present. 🎼 🎶 🎼 You made “Cabaretin” all the more fun. You also taught many of us how to make fun memories in life while treating all that we met with respect. And how never to pass up on those spontaneous Limo trips “down the Shore.” 😉 😉 I do not doubt that you now strut & cabaret amongst the Stars and Heaven and will teach those other Angels well. Your Memories and Spirit shall live on Forever because you taught so many people down here well—who will be sure to pass those lessons on. South Philly lost a True Star ⭐️ in this life, but you now shine above US All. You were and shall always be a true Gentleman, Family Man, Mummer, and Friend. God Bless. Joey Mirachi
