I have to literally remind myself that she’s gone. She was so much more than an Aunt. She was my friend – and she would sing that to me sometimes “you are my friend!”. Even w all her kids and grandkids, she still treated me and my son like we were the most important people in the room. She loved my mom so much – even when they drove each other crazy. She sincerely thanked her for dinner every single night! Her presence filled that home w so much laughter and fun – and other sights, sounds and smells…haha – but especially after my dad was gone, when we needed it most. She listened to every story Nate told her and acted like it was the most interesting thing she ever heard. Ugh – this is tough. She’s going to leave a real void in all of our lives.

I met her in 1983 in Methodist hospital when we were having our babies. She was so happy to have her 4th daughter. She was so loving and funny. We would take our babies to the Dr together. We tried to keep in touch but things go hectic. We would catch up everytime we met and fb was great for us to watch our families grow. She was an amazing woman with a great big heart and she loved her family so much.

Fran was an angel, a one-of-a-kind human being with boundless love. At the A.S. Jenks School she brought joy to everyone and I was truly blessed to work with her. She was always eager to help students and staff. She would tenderly console an upset student or uplift the teachers with her witty sense of humor and generous laughter. She was a selfless, creative, extraordinary woman who will be missed dearly. Wonderfully happy memories of her will live on forever.

Franny was a doll. We had so much fun at Jenks when our children were little. We were truly a family. The years fly by. Just know that Fran your mom is always beside you look for the signs.
