Louise D. Tropea (nee Salceto), 91, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Friday, February 25, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was born to the late Vincent and Filomina Salceto on June 15, 1930 and was the wife of the late Stephen A. Tropea.
Loving mother of Nancy (Murray) Costin, Diane (Richard) Durbano, August (Susan) Tropea, Philomena (Leroy) Avery, Joseph Tropea, Louis (Sharon) Tropea, Anthony (Dawn) Tropea, Stephen (Jillian) Tropea, and Joanne (Anthony) Martino.
Loving grandmother of 25 grandchildren, great-grandmother of 30 great-grandchildren, and aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one brother and four sisters. Survived by one brother, Vincent Salceto.
Louise was a devoted Jehovah’s Witness. Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 2nd at 5:00 PM via Zoom. All family and friends are welcome to attend. You can join the service using the following:

Louise’s family sends their heartfelt thanks for all the prayers and well wishes received during their time of sorrow. She will be deeply missed but certainly never forgotten. This isn’t goodbye…it’s just “ciao for now.”
