Joseph passed on May 21, 2021.

Father of Joseph (Cecile) Milicia.  Former husband of Jill Milicia.  Dear partner of Edward Kelly.  Brother of Rose (Robert) Severino, Dr. Angelo (late Linda) Milicia, Anita (Joseph) Sipala, Frank (Angel) Milicia, Georgette (Dr. Art) Olshan, the late William Milicia, and the late Anthony Milicia.  Also survived by many devoted nieces and nephews.

Visitation Thursday 9:30am at St Edmonds Church 21^st and Snyder Ave.  Funeral Mass 10:00am.  Int. Private.

In lieu of flowers donation to Girard Academic Music Program, 2136 W. Ritner St., Phila. PA 19145 in Joseph’s honor would be appreciated.
