My heart is heavy today as I never thought I would hear the words that my beloved uncle Mario has passed away. He was the true meaning of what a real man is. Uncle Mario served his country in WWII and is a true hero on the battlefield and family . Rest now my Godfather as your life’s journey is complete . Heaven just received another Angel . Love you forever, Linda💔
So sorry about Mario. I have a flower shop, Cedrone’s Flowers in Philly. If this is the Mario Landra that also sang, he came into my shop years ago to tell me he played and sang with my Dad, whose name was Danny Cedrone, guitarist in the song, Rock Around the Clock wth Bill Haley and His Comets. Mario came in just to reminisce and told me he remembered my Dad. He was kind, soft spoken and gentle. I always remembered him. I saw this obituary and i’m hoping I have the right person. Forgive me if he is not the person I remember. Regardless, I am so sorry for your loss.
